  • How many types of leather do you have?

    We have hundreds of different varieties of leather in our range. In terms of upper leather, we have smooth leather, milled leather, suede, nubuck, embossed leather, fantasy leather and patent leather. We have divided lining leather into several product groups: Finished, Naked, Natura, Comfort and Insole.

  • How do I know which type of leather I need?

    Every project is different, so we recommend you contact us by phone or email so that together we can determine the best type of leather for your project.

  • Why is my skin of leather not rectangular?

    Leather is a natural product and does not come off a roll. We always say: ‘every leather skin is unique’ and it really is. A hide has a specific shape. For this reason, we cannot deliver exact sizes of leather skins. So you will not get a rectangular or square piece of leather with exact length and width measurements. On the other hand, you will get the desired quantity you ordered, or just a bit more. So this depends on the shape of the leather skin. In our webshop, we have indicated the average skin size. When ordering, take any cutting losses into account so that you always have enough leather for your project.

  • My skin of leather is a different size than I ordered

    This is true in most cases. We always try to deliver the right quantity, but leather is a natural product with the shape of an animal. For this reason, the size of the leather skin may sometimes differ slightly from the quantity you ordered.

    Do you need a special size? Then let us know in advance in the comments section when placing your order. Then we can take this into account with the products we currently have in stock.

  • How can I pay?

    For a first order, we ask you to transfer the invoice amount before shipment. We do this because the size of each skin of leather is unique, so the final price is calculated only when the skin is selected. Hence, it is not possible to pay directly in our webshop. Orders delivered subsequently can be paid on account.

  • What are the payment terms? Do I have to pay in advance or can I pay on account?

    For a first order, we ask you to transfer the invoice amount before shipment. Subsequent orders are delivered on account.

  • Where can I find my invoice?

    You will find your invoice in your order overview. To do this, you must first log in to your account. You will then find all your placed orders and invoices under order overview.

  • Why haven’t I received an order confirmation yet?

    Normally, you will receive your order confirmation in your email within a few moments. Also check your spam, sometimes order confirmations end up there. Have you still not received an order confirmation within 10 minutes? Then please contact us.

  • How do I get in touch with you?

    We are open on weekdays from 08.00-12.00 and from 13.00-17.00. You can reach us by calling +31 (0)416 33 50 31. Visits are by appointment only.

  • I have a question about an invoice or payment

    Contact our administrative department at finance@maasleder.com or call us on 0416-335031.

  • I have a complaint

    We strive to deliver your order to your complete satisfaction. Is there nevertheless something you want to report? You can send your complaint to office@maasleder.com. We will then look for an appropriate solution as soon as possible and you will always receive a response from us within 48 hours.

  • Do you have a showroom?

    Yes, we have a showroom. You can visit our showroom by appointment only. It is also possible to order our leather samples directly online with our colour card. Here you will find all our leather samples together in a nice overview. Order the colour card online.

  • How can I become an agent or importer of Maasleder products?

    Would you like to become an agent or importer? Then you can schedule an appointment at our head office in Waalwijk. Please contact us by phone on +31 (0)416 33 50 31.

  • How can I request a quote?

    You can email your question to office@maasleder.com. You will then always receive a response from us within 48 hours.

  • How can I pay as a business customer?
