Then email to\u00a0 <a href=\"mailto:info@maasleder.nl\">office@maasleder.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"faq-container\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"question-container\"><span class=\"question\">How many types of leather do you have?<\/span>\n<div class=\"answer\">\n<p>We have hundreds of different <a href=\"https:\/\/maasleder.com\/en\/leather-collection\/leather-types\/\">varieties of leather<\/a> in our range. In terms of upper leather, we have smooth leather, milled leather, suede, nubuck, embossed leather, fantasy leather and patent leather. We have divided lining leather into several product groups: Finished, Naked, Natura, Comfort and Insole.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"question-container\"><span class=\"question\">How do I know which type of leather I need?<\/span>\n<div class=\"answer\">\n<p>Every project is different, so we recommend you contact us by phone or email so that together we can determine the best type of leather for your project.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"question-container\"><span class=\"question\">Why is my skin of leather not rectangular?<\/span>\n<div class=\"answer\">\n<p>Leather is a natural product and does not come off a roll. We always say: &#8216;every leather skin is unique&#8217; and it really is. A hide has a specific shape. For this reason, we cannot deliver exact sizes of leather skins. So you will not get a rectangular or square piece of leather with exact length and width measurements. On the other hand, you will get the desired quantity you ordered, or just a bit more. So this depends on the shape of the leather skin. In our webshop, we have indicated the average skin size. When ordering, take any cutting losses into account so that you always have enough leather for your project.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"question-container\"><span class=\"question\">My skin of leather is a different size than I ordered<\/span>\n<div class=\"answer\">\n<p>This is true in most cases. We always try to deliver the right quantity, but leather is a natural product with the shape of an animal. For this reason, the size of the leather skin may sometimes differ slightly from the quantity you ordered.<\/p>\n<p>Do you need a special size? Then let us know in advance in the comments section when placing your order. Then we can take this into account with the products we currently have in stock.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"question-container\"><span class=\"question\">How can I pay?<\/span>\n<div class=\"answer\">\n<p>For a first order, we ask you to transfer the invoice amount before shipment. We do this because the size of each skin of leather is unique, so the final price is calculated only when the skin is selected. Hence, it is not possible to pay directly in our webshop. Orders delivered subsequently can be paid on account.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"question-container\"><span class=\"question\">What are the payment terms? Do I have to pay in advance or can I pay on account?<\/span>\n<div class=\"answer\">\n<p>For a first order, we ask you to transfer the invoice amount before shipment. Subsequent orders are delivered on account.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"question-container\"><span class=\"question\">Where can I find my invoice?<\/span>\n<div class=\"answer\">\n<p>You will find your invoice in your order overview. To do this, you must first log in to your account. You will then find all your placed orders and invoices under order overview.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"question-container\"><span class=\"question\">Why haven&#8217;t I received an order confirmation yet? <\/span>\n<div class=\"answer\">\n<p>Normally, you will receive your order confirmation in your email within a few moments. Also check your spam, sometimes order confirmations end up there. Have you still not received an order confirmation within 10 minutes? Then please contact us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"question-container\"><span class=\"question\">How do I get in touch with you?<\/span>\n<div class=\"answer\">\n<p>We are open on weekdays from 08.00-12.00 and from 13.00-17.00.
